Customer Service Representative

 

You are the liaison between Klöckner Pentaplast (kp) and the Customer! You coordinate all in-house contact with assigned customers, salespeople and kp employees who are placing orders or making inquiries relative to product availability, orders, order status, or shipment dates.                                                     

 

Your Responsibilities:

 

·         Maintain customer master data and pricing in Klöckner computer systems

·         Answer customer/salespersons questions on the status of the orders.

·         Follow the production flow of all orders and expedite orders when necessary.

·         Advise customers concerning estimated delivery schedules and maintain follow-up to ensure optimum performance on delivery schedule.

·         Maintain an updated customer order shipment date for all orders.

·         Advise all relevant departments concerning order changes.

·         Serve as liaison between assigned salespersons and all in-house contacts.

·         Enter and maintains reserves when agreed to for assigned accounts.

·         Help maintain library of product samples so that samples are available when requested by customers.

·         Keep manager advised of all customer related problems.

 

Your Profile:     

                                             

·         Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.                                                  

·         Strong English skills both written and verbally                                        

·         Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, proportions, percentages area, circumference, and volume.  Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.                                    

·         You have strong computer skill
