A brief history… 
kp was established in 1965 in Montbaur, Germany and has continued to grow into a global plastics manufacturing industry leader. With expansion from Germany into the United States 3 years later it’s continued growth saw expansion into more business in Europe. In 2012 kp was acquired by a group of investors led by Strategic Value Partners, LLC (SVP). The same partners who owned LINPAC Packaging, who were strong in the food packaging solutions, SVP saw huge potential to bring both companies together in 2017, creating a unique business that created a total packaging solution partner in the food and consumer areas.
