Industrial Maintenance Engineer (m/f)

Reporting directly to the Maintenance Director,

Job description:

- Monitoring and carrying out electrical and mechanical maintenance tasks on existing equipment, ensuring its perfect operation;

- Participating in new equipment and infrastructure development and investment projects;

- Managing teams, time and resources;

- Control and scheduling of maintenance operations;

- Controlling and optimizing costs, ensuring efficient operations.

Desired profile:

- Master's degree in Electronic Engineering, Mechanics, Industrial Management, or similar areas;

- At least 2 years' experience in a similar role;

- General knowledge of machine maintenance and report writing (preferred);

- Proficiency in spoken and written English;

- Good knowledge of Office applications;

- Good interpersonal skills;

- Determination and commitment to achieving objectives;

- Good communication and teamwork skills;

- Capacity for initiative, dynamism, proactivity and resistance to pressure;

Preferred factors;

- Absolute availability

- Excellent learning ability;

- Target-orientated;

- Training in TPM and Lean Tools;

- Knowledge of Siemens Industrial Automation.
