We're looking for a dynamic Segment BEX Manager/Continuous Improvement Manager to join our team and lead the charge towards operational excellence.

 

Your Mission:

As a Segment BEX Manager/Continuous Improvement Manager, you will be at the forefront of transforming our operations and driving business excellence across our segments. Reporting to the Operations Director Rigid & Flexible, your role is pivotal in shaping our future. Here's what you'll be doing:

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Excellence: Lead the rollout of strategic operational excellence initiatives across the segments, including TPM, Management for daily improvement, and SPC.
  • Cost Savings Champion: Deliver yearly Savings Targets, targeting a reduction of approximately 2% in Production Costs.
  • Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with local teams to identify opportunities for improvement, focusing on efficiency, material balance, yield enhancements, and more.
  • Operational Alignment: Implement an aligned Operational Excellence approach in close cooperation with the Division Head of Business Excellence, covering Trainings, Project Management, Project Follow-up, OEE Audits, and more.
  • Organizational Development: Drive the organizational structure and development of the Segments BEX Organization, shaping the future of our teams.

 

Management Responsibility:

While you won't have direct reports, you'll have a strong dotted line connection to Site BEX Managers. You will be responsible for fostering a culture of Continuous Improvement (CI) across operational teams through projects.

 

Your Impact:

Your work will influence the Manufacturing Strategy for the Segments and our company overall, making a substantial contribution to our success.

 

Requirements:

  • Continuous Improvement Expertise: You are Six Sigma Black Belt qualified or actively working towards this prestigious goal.
  • Experience: You bring extensive relevant experience in operations, with a strong understanding of production processes and capabilities.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English, you can communicate effectively with teams globally.
