As part of our ongoing growth, we’ve launched a brand-new Customer Service department within our Pharma, Health & Durables division—and we’re looking for two talented individuals to join us at the ground level of this global transformation.

 

What You’ll Do:

As a Customer Services Specialist, Global Business Support you’ll play an important role in supporting Customer Service teams across our international regions (Europe, Asia, and the Americas). You'll help align systems, improve processes, and contribute to delivering exceptional service. Working cross-functionally, you’ll drive operational excellence and support global projects that shape the way we serve the pharmaceutical and health industries.

 

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and streamline global Customer Service processes (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, Master Data, BW)
  • Align standards and reporting across regions (e.g., OTIF analysis)
  • Monitor KPIs and prepare monthly reports for regional and global CS leadership
  • Govern customer admin tasks and manage standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Maintain and optimise central Customer Master Data
  • Collaborate across teams and regions to support global CS initiatives
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and harmonisation of service methods

 

What You’ll Bring:

  • Background in Business Administration or similar commercial training
  • Ideally, 1–3 years’ experience in Customer Service or related support functions
  • Solid understanding of order-to-cash processes and digital service systems
  • Hands-on experience with SAP SD, Business Warehouse, Salesforce, Power BI
  • Fluent English (Spanish, German, or Mandarin a plus)
  • Strong Excel and MS Office skills
  • Attention to detail, a service mindset, and problem-solving approach
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a multicultural, collaborative environment
