Purpose:

Are you passionate about sustainability and eager to make a real impact? As a Group Sustainability Analyst, you'll support kp’s sustainability program, ensuring compliance with new standards and regulations, and partnering with internal stakeholders to enhance our performance on external ratings like EcoVadis and Sustainalytics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead GHG Inventory: Manage the yearly greenhouse gas inventory to track and reduce our carbon footprint.
  • Sustainability Reporting: Assist with data collection, analysis, and assurance of sustainability KPIs in line with reporting standards.
  • ESG Ratings: Gather and analyze qualitative and quantitative information for ESG ratings.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Customer Support: Aid divisions in responding to sustainability-related queries from customers.

Strategic Impact:

While this role does not involve direct strategic decision-making, you will be instrumental in delivering kp's sustainability strategy across the business.

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Sustainability Reporting: Familiarity with GRI, ESRS, TCFD, CDP standards.
  • Data Management: Proficient in managing large datasets and generating actionable insights.
  • Problem Solving: Detail-oriented with a strong technical understanding and networked thinking.
  • Software Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of MS Office.
  • Languages: Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Degree level education.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in sustainability, with experience in complex organizations.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of sustainability trends and issues.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong data assessment and management capabilities.
  • Networking: Ability to connect with sustainability thought leaders.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent relationship-building abilities with a positive attitude.
