Job Summary:

The Paralegal will play a crucial role in supporting our legal operations and ensuring compliance with legal requirements. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic and globally recognized organization.



  • Legal Documentation: Assist in the preparation, review, and maintenance of legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
  • Research: Conduct legal research on various matters, including statutes, regulations, and case law, to support the legal team’s decision-making process.
  • Litigation Support: Provide assistance during litigation, including document management, preparation of court filings, and coordination with external counsel.
  • Corporate Governance: Assist in maintaining corporate records, board meeting materials, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Contract Management: Support contract lifecycle management, including drafting, negotiation, and tracking of contracts.
  • Compliance: Monitor changes in relevant laws and regulations and ensure the organization’s adherence to legal standards.
  • Data Privacy: Assist in data privacy compliance and data protection initiatives.
  • Internal Communication: Interact with various departments to gather information and provide legal support as needed.
  • Training: Organize and conduct legal training sessions for employees on relevant legal topics and policies.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of legal matters and activities.



  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field. Additional certifications or a legal assistant diploma is a plus.
  • Experience: Relevant professional experience as a Paralegal, preferably in a corporate legal department.
  • Knowledge: Proficiency in legal research, contract review, and corporate governance. Familiarity with intellectual property and data privacy laws is advantageous.
  • Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Organizational Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize deadlines, and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Technology Proficiency: Comfortable using legal software, databases, and Microsoft Office suite.
