Role Purpose:

The IT Administrator – Collaboration is responsible for managing, supporting, and optimizing the company's collaboration platforms, ensuring employees experience seamless, secure, and efficient digital communication and teamwork. This role will also involve developing and implementing workflows using Microsoft Power Automate and Nintex Automation Cloud, ensuring effective SharePoint governance, providing user training, and optimizing collaboration features. This role plays a critical part in enhancing productivity across the organization.


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily administration and maintenance of Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive

  • Act as the primary point of contact for user support, issue resolution, and system troubleshooting

  • Document technical issues and their resolutions to support knowledge sharing and continuous improvement

  • Monitor platform performance and implement optimizations as needed

  • Ensure compliance with security policies and manage user access controls

  • Participate in audits and support regulatory compliance efforts

  • Deliver user training and share best practices to improve platform adoption

  • Communicate system updates, enhancements, and downtime to stakeholders

  • Design, develop, and implement automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate and Nintex Automation Cloud

  • Provide ongoing support for automated processes throughout their lifecycle

  • Collaborate closely with IT Security, Service Delivery, Infrastructure, HR, and Communications teams to ensure system alignment and integration

  • Contribute to digital workplace projects and initiatives

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology,
  • Computer Science, or equivalent experience, with 2–4 years of professional background managing collaboration platforms in a corporate environment.
  • Strong understanding of SharePoint governance principles and best practices is required, with familiarity in designing and implementing workflows using Microsoft Power Automate and / or Nintex Automation Cloud being advantageous.
  • Excellent knowledge of SharePoint Online architecture, features, and functionality. Proficiency in managing user access, permissions, and security settings in SharePoint Online.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, a proactive, customer-focused mindset, strong interpersonal communication skills, and a solid understanding of IT security principles.
  • Certifications such as Microsoft 365 Teams Administrator Associate or ITIL Foundation are preferred but not mandatory.
