We are currently looking for an Inside Sales Manager who manages and grows a portfolio of established customers of Pharma and Medical Device Packaging films with additional focus on growth of new business development, based in Turkey.

 

Key Tasks:

  • Manage relationship with existing customers to achieve annual sales objectives.
  • Ensure highest customer intimacy, i.e. build up relationship with decision makers and understand decision making structures of our customers and prospects e.g. purchasing, manufacturing, technical departments, marketing (sustainability) and logistics.
  • Responsible to sell the entire product range of Pharmaceutical Films and Medical Device Films to all of your accounts in the region.
  • Owns opportunity pipeline and ensures sufficient pipeline conversion rate.
  • Acquisition of new customers with support of the existing kp organization.
  • Develop product knowledge of all products to be able to provide technical assistance to customers in the selection, application of products and services. 
  • Support Key Account Managers to ensure close follow-up of Key Accounts for those locations in area of responsibility.
  • Be aware of, and responsive to market conditions, competitive pricing and strategy and analyzing competitor activity. Communicate such information to management to support strategic decisions.
  • Keep control of our pricing and required price adjustments (supported by Pricing Team) to maximise margin at each account.
  • Active exhibition participation.
  • Use of CRM system (e.g. sales reports, competitors information, project pipeline) in timely manner.
  • Active participation in forecasting process.
  • Travel as needed.

 

Who we are looking for:

You might be a match with commercial or technical studies/education with min. experience of 3 – 5 years in sales or customer service of highly sophisticated products, preferable in the packaging industries for pharmaceutical markets.

 

More requirements:

  • Very good MS-Office, SAP and Business Warehouse software knowledge. Salesforce and PriceFx knowledge of advantage.
  • Organizational and communication skills
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills
  • Delivers sales presentations to customers and potential customers as needed.
  • Native Turkish skills and very good written and spoken English skills are a must-have.
  • Strong communication skills internally and externally.
  • Ability to communicate and work effectively in a team environment with problem solving mind set.
  • Ability to work accurately in a fast pace environment.
