We're looking for a dynamic BEX Manager/Continuous Improvement Manager to join our team and lead the charge towards operational excellence.
Your Mission: As a BEX Manager/Continuous Improvement Manager, you will be at the forefront of transforming our operations and driving business excellence across our segments. Reporting to the Operations Director Rigid & Flexible, your role is pivotal in shaping our future. Here's what you'll be doing:
Key Responsibilities:
Management Responsibility: While you won't have direct reports, you'll have a strong dotted line connection to Site BEX Managers. You will be responsible for fostering a culture of Continuous Improvement (CI) across operational teams through projects.
Your Impact: Your work will influence the Manufacturing Strategy for the Segments and our company overall, making a substantial contribution to our success.
