In this role, you will play a pivotal part in managing the growth of all our product groups within your Account portfolio. The role

As a Sales Key Account Manager, you will drive the growth of the company's product groups in the assigned Account portfolio, focusing on both new business development and nurturing existing customer relationships. Your role is essential for ensuring sustainability and continuous sales growth.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the Account strategy to achieve personal and company objectives.
  • Manage and nurture the overall development of the Account Portfolio.
  • Set and achieve objectives for the assigned Account Portfolio.
  • Conduct market research to enhance market penetration and increase sales potential.
  • Establish and maintain systems with customers for reliable sales forecasts.
  • Develop effective systems and processes to manage and resolve customer service issues.
  • Facilitate strong working relationships between internal and external stakeholders.
  • Adhere to and maintain company commercial processes (Salesforce/NPPI/NOC).
  • Manage specific nominated projects effectively.
  • Collate and analyse market data to drive informed decision-making.
  • Ensure effective management of all aspects of pricing.

 

Skills, Experience and Competencies

  • Proficient IT skills
  • Good product knowledge.
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels.
  • Sales/Marketing background in an FMCG environment is preferable.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales objectives/targets.
  • Numerically capable.
  • Ability to make sound business decisions in complex situations.
  • Project management skills.
