Location: Featherstone, WF7
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Shift Pattern: 12-hour 20-minute shifts, rotating across days, nights and weekends

About the role

Are you practical, hands-on and enjoy solving problems? Do you take pride in working accurately and keeping things running smoothly?

We are looking for a Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team in Featherstone. You’ll play an important role in keeping our production operations running safely and efficiently, while maintaining the high standards of quality our customers expect.

What you’ll be doing

  • Operating and setting up industrial machinery
  • Monitoring production processes to maintain efficiency and quality
  • Carrying out routine equipment inspections
  • Completing minor maintenance and identifying potential issues
  • Working closely with your team to achieve production targets
  • Following all safety procedures and quality standards
  • Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment

What we’re looking for

  • Previous experience in machine operation, production or manufacturing is preferred
  • Good mechanical aptitude and a practical, hands-on approach
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Ability to read and understand technical diagrams
  • A reliable and proactive approach to work
  • Flexibility to work a rotating shift pattern covering days, nights and weekends
