Are you a results-driven professional with a passion for managing and growing key accounts in a dynamic industry? We’re looking for a Key Account Manager to drive growth and strengthen relationships within our Food to Go portfolio.

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to manage key customer accounts, identify new business opportunities, and play a pivotal role in achieving sales targets while delivering exceptional client satisfaction.

What You’ll Do

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
  • Conduct regular reviews to ensure client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.

Driving Sales Growth

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue goals.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within customer accounts.
  • Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity to leverage opportunities.

Strategic Account Planning

  • Create tailored account plans for each customer to drive growth and retention.
  • Set clear short-term and long-term objectives for account development.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align on strategy and deliver client-focused solutions.

Market Expertise and Product Knowledge

  • Stay up-to-date on the latest products, services, and market trends in Food to Go.
  • Provide clients with updates and insights into new offerings.
  • Relay client feedback to internal teams to enhance products and services.

Negotiation and Contract Management

  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutual benefit.
  • Oversee contract renewals and extensions, ensuring compliance with agreed terms.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting

  • Track account performance and key sales metrics.
  • Prepare regular reports on account status and opportunities for growth.

Collaboration and Teamwork

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development.
  • Share market and client insights to inform business strategies.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: Proven track record in sales or marketing, ideally within an FMCG environment.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • IT Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce), along with proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Collaboration: Experience working in cross-functional, matrix-managed environments.
  • Qualifications: A strong numeracy and financial acumen, complemented by project management skills. #LI-REMOTE
