ESTAGIÁRIO SEGURANÇA DO TRABALHO E MELHORIA CONTINUA

• Suportar programas de melhoria contínua (5S, Manutenção Autônoma, Programa de Ideias e Kaizens);
• Auxiliar em estudos de melhoria de processos produtivos e layout;
• Contribuir na identificação e captação de oportunidades de melhoria na fábrica;
• Criar e atualizar documentação de processos (LUP, IT, FMEA, fluxogramas, padrões operacionais);
• Auxiliar no treinamento de colaboradores sobre novas instruções e melhorias implementadas;
• Apoiar no desenvolvimento e testes de novas formulações/processos;
• Auxiliar em auditorias internas;
• Apoiar no controle e acompanhamento de planos de ação da área;
• Auxiliar no acompanhamento de indicadores de performance produtiva.
• Atender colaboradores, fornecedores e terceiros nas demandas da área de segurança;
• Apoiar diálogos de segurança, treinamentos e comunicações internas;
• Auxiliar na atualização de quadros de avisos e comunicados da área;
• Apoiar na elaboração e revisão de instruções e procedimentos de segurança;
• Auxiliar na administração e controle de EPIs;
• Apoiar no controle de indicadores de segurança e programas globais de prevenção;
• Suportar investigações de incidentes e acidentes;
• Auxiliar no controle de planos de ação da área de segurança;
• Apoiar no controle de resíduos, indicadores ambientais e atendimento a requisitos ambientais;
• Contribuir com campanhas corporativas, ações de conscientização e SIPAT;
• Apoiar o atendimento ao Sistema de Gestão Integrado (Qualidade, Meio Ambiente e Segurança).
