Are you ready to lead and make a significant impact on operational excellence? We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Thermoforming Manager to join our dynamic team at Bukowice site. As a Thermoforming Manager, you will be the driving force behind ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency in our thermoforming processes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Safety First: Enforce adherence to KP safety rules, prioritizing the health and safety of our employees and visitors at all times.
  • Quality, Service, and Cost Excellence: Strive for Best in Class Quality & Service while maintaining a competitive cost base. Your commitment to accurate budgetary control, forecasting, and management is crucial.
  • Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives to enhance operational metrics such as Material Balance, Output/Manhour, OEE%, Energy efficiency, and more.
  • Team Leadership: Manage thermoforming teams, providing training, discipline, development, and fostering high morale. Be the inspirational leader that propels your team to success.

Management Responsibility:

Up to 8 direct reports (managers), overseeing up to 60 indirect subordinates. Manage professional & technical employees, as well as skilled and semi-skilled labour.


Functional Knowledge and Technical Skills:

  • Essential managerial experience, technical process skills, and an understanding of production capabilities.
  • Excellent knowledge of Continuous Improvement Techniques and processes, coupled with highly developed management skills.
  • Solid Financial Understanding and interaction with all other functions and departments.

Qualifications and Key Competencies:

  • At least 5 years of relevant management experience in the production area, preferably in plastics.
  • Proficient in English, with a high level of HSHE knowledge.
  • Focused and disciplined.
  • Multi-tasker and systematic problem solver.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical and resilient.
  • Passion in action with a positive attitude.
