We are currently looking for an experienced Account Manager for our Pharma Business. The role will be accountable for representing kp as the primary face to the customer, building a strong relationship and executing on sales strategy at various accounts within South America, based in Buenos Aires.
Responsibilities:
Develop and manage relationships with existing and new customers, strengthening our connection with them and broadening our customer engagement
Gain in-depth understanding of clients' businesses and generate value propositions
Research the market, identify opportunities, and align our solutions with customer needs.
Update data and follow up in the CRM system, ensuring alignment with and compliance with global KPIs.
Understand the products, services, and technical/regulatory requirements of the pharmaceutical segment.
Identify improvement opportunities, differentiate our offering, and propose value-added initiatives.
Manage assigned accounts with financial acumen.
Actively participate in events, client visits, and industry activities, both domestically and internationally.
Requirements:
Commercial or technical background, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in selling complex products (preferably in the pharmaceutical industry).
Knowledge of polymers and processes such as extrusion, calendering, or lamination (preferred).
Ability to plan and execute structured sales processes.
Strong communication, negotiation, and time management skills.
Proficiency in tools such as MS Office; Salesforce experience is a plus.
Able to communicate effectively in English (reading and writing required); Portuguese is a plus.
Willingness to travel frequently.
Proactive, organized, and results-oriented profile.
