Junior Group Cost Analyst

 

Tasks and responsibilities: 

•    Material Master price records maintenance;
•    Control and update of material master data key fields;
•    Costing runs execution and issue reporting; 

•    Weekly tracking of sales order costing,
•    Support audits;
•    Support in project work;  

•    Local knowledge management and local coordination of global knowledge management;
•    SOP (standard operating procedures) optimization, documentation and organization.
•    Purchase Price variance analysis
•    Capitalization of Production Variances
•    Product cost simulations
•    Support on ad-hoc requests


Leadership:    

•    Team player;
•    Treat sensitive and/or confidential information appropriately.

 

Knowledge:    

•    Standard Costing knowledge;
•    SAP FI/CO modules, transactions and workflow
•    JDE experience is a plus


Functional/Technical/Soft Skills:    

•    Degree in Finance/Accounting/Business Administration or similar;
•    Good knowledge of English is mandatory and another European language (German, Italian, French, Spanish or Dutch) is a plus;
•    Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office, namely advanced MS Excel knowledge; 

•    Strong Team Work skills;
•    Good analytical, planning and organisation skills;
•    Effective business writing and professional communication skills; •    Ability to work in an international global work environment.

 

Experience:    

•    2+ years of work experience in Finance in Business services context;
•    Experience on costing activities
•    Experience in manufacturing environment.
