Purpose of the job:

To work as part of the Group QMS team to drive quality standards through the ongoing management and  reduction of complaints. To maintain and develop quality software used across the business. To maintain and support the business Quality Management Systems used at corporate, divisional and site level. To ensure the integrity of data held within the various business systems.

 

 

Key tasks and responsibilities (max. 5):

  • Supporting the complaints management process through the raising of credit and debit notes for third party and intercompany complaints
  • Preparation and maintenance of reports pertaining to complaints to ensure transparency across all levels of the business
  • Maintenance and development of Salesforce Complaints Management system, along with ad hoc trouble shooting
  • Maintenance of the kp Quality Management System to ensure proper document lifecycle management is maintained for all documents
  • Conducting regular checks to ensure the integrity of the data held within the quality systems is accurate and the subsequent investigation of any discrepancies

 

 

Management responsibility:

This role requires work across the entire business with interactions with people at all levels. There are no direct reports to this role but strong influencing skills are required to achieve goals and objectives.

 

Strategic impact:

This role will provide vital inputs in the form of data and conclusions to the strategic direction of quality within kp.

 

Functional knowledge and technical skills within own and other areas:

This role requires high levels of autonomy, IT, problem solving and analytical skills, knowledge of quality processes, along with the ability to use multiple software solutions such as Microsoft Office and SAP.

 

Educational requirements/qualifications and experience:

This role requires a good level of education, experience working with multiple departments and people from all levels of the business, and the ability to perform a customer facing role.

  • Working knowledge of SAP
  • The ability to work with multiple data sources draw accurate conclusions
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to confidently communicate with employees at all levels of the business and external customers
  • An understanding of the use of Quality tools and change management
  • The ability to identify and highlight opportunities to improve existing processes, and a willingness to challenge the status quo
