We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) with Dutch and English to join our team at our Ritterhude location.

Your Responsibilities

• Independently review customer order entries and ensure a high level of data accuracy
• Assess the feasibility of customer requests regarding lead times, certificates, and required documentation
• Ensure consistent and effective service and information flow to our customer base
• Proactively inform customers about potential delays or order-related issues
• Track open orders on a daily basis and actively resolve problems
• Communicate clearly and professionally with internal stakeholders to represent customer interests accurately
• Support and help organise specific critical business processes
• Apply customer service procedures in strict compliance with the quality management system, KP guidelines, and standards
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in line with company and local requirements
• Develop strong market and product knowledge

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training or a comparable qualification
• Confident PC skills
• Experience with JD Edwards E1 and Salesforce
• Good understanding of company-wide processes (finance, supply chain, production, etc.)
• Knowledge of international trade, including Incoterms, payment terms, transport, and letters of credit
• Proficient in MS Office
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage action plans effectively
