Within our mission to establish a best in class S&OP process, we are currently implementing our future Supply Chain Planning Tool SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP). Hence we are looking for an experienced SAP IBP expert to join our motivated team and support us in developing best fit for the future.
Joining location: Germany, France, Portugal, Spain or UK

This is a remote position with flexibility to travel (around 20%) to project locations.

 

Your main Responsibilities:
 

  • Requirement gathering in process areas like SAP IBP S&OP, Demand Management, Response & Supply, Inventory Management.
  • Create the “to-be” technology footprint, develop solutions roadmap and phased implementation approach to achieve strategic business objectives within Supply Chain, Planning and Operations.
  • Champion or expert in at least one functional area like SAP IBP S&OP, Demand Planning, Response & Supply, Inventory and/or DDMRP as well as Production Planning Optimization.
  • Transform requirements into detailed solution architecture deliverables for strategic initiatives within the assigned functional area.
  • Work with internal and external Solution Architects (including data, infrastructure, application & security architects) to ensure that solution architecture aligns with system design guidelines and enterprise architecture standards.
  • Perform hands-on work related to system configuration etc. Document business requirements, business process flows, functional specs and solution designs.

 

Your profile:      
 

  • Bachelor and/or Master degree in computer science, business administration, engineering or a related discipline with an information technology focus.
  • In depth knowledge of Supply Chain planning with hands on exposure to SAP PP and SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
  • +3 Years’ experience in design, implementation and operation of SAP IBP solutions.
  • +5 Years’ experience in SAP SCM modules, ideally in SAP PP.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics processes.
  • Experience with PP Optimizer (e.g. SAP PP/DS, Greycon Opt-Studio, …) would be an added advantage.
  • Experience in one or more programming languages (e.g. ABAP, Java, …) would be an added advantage.
  • Experience in structured and process oriented application design.
  • Experience in documenting and analysing business requirements for SAP ERP and SAP IBP based implementations.
