The role

As a leading player in the industry, we are dedicated to innovation, sustainability, and excellence in every aspect of our operations. To further strengthen our team, we are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Production Manager to join our site based in Crumlin.

As a Production Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the manufacturing processes, ensuring the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and safety are consistently met. You will lead a dedicated team, manage resources, and collaborate with cross-functional departments to drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the health and safety of shop floor employees and ensure their compliance with all kp safety rules
• Deliver products according to plan and within specifications to ensure the highest quality and service
• Maximize the utilization and efficiency of assets to maintain a balance between capacity and demand
• Continuously improve all relevant operational metrics, such as material balance, output per manhour, and OEE%
• Manage multi-disciplinary teams. teams including training, discipline, development and morale

Candidate Profile:

• Previous experience in Operational Management is essential
• Technical process skills and an understanding of production capabilities
• Knowledge of Continuous Improvement Techniques and processes (Six Sigma, Lean, TPM, Total Quality Management)
• Highly developed management skills
• Project Management skills
• Customer-focused
