Purpose: The role of the Sr. Sales Account Manager is to drive growth & product strategy and pilot project management. S/he defines long-term organizational strategic goals, builds key customer relationships, identifies business opportunities, negotiates, closes business deals and maintains extensive market knowledge.

 

Your Role: 

  1. Responsible for identifying, prioritizing and initiating growth opportunities (Market, Product, Customer).
  2. Develop value proposition and argumentation to support prospecting activity including pricing
  3. Prospect selected top accounts with solid business case /value proposition and drive project until negotiation starts
  4. Prepare and coordinate hand over to KAM (closure, consolidation and development)
  5. Maintaining and consolidate market (4P’s) and customer intelligence on core and adjacent markets

 

Your Profile: 

  • Engineering or Sales degree
  • 4 years of Sales management experience/Product Manager
  • Experience in Food flexible packaging sales; fresh protein experience strongly preferred
  • Strong communication skills- oral and written
  • Strong track record in market growth, meeting company objectives
  • Travel Expected 50-75%
  • Remote – USA, near Major Airport
